We bought a 1582 square foot, completely remodeled house on 1 acre. It is surrounded on 3 sides by a hay field which cannot be subdivided under current OR law. We added a 26 X 30 steel kennel building and fenced off about 1/2 acre for the dogs.

The house was finished the week we came down from WA on our final house hunting trip. We were the first and only bidders because it was so new to the market. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a propane fireplace in the living room. The master bedroom suite has porcelain title & a large walk-in shower & double marble sinks. The Dining room, living room & master bedroom have crown molding.
